QT’s are frequently used in spoken English when you want to agree or disagree. The rule is that you need to have the negative question tag with a positive question and vise versa, for example:

You are Tom, aren’t you?
 negative statement->question tag

Or

positive – He isn’t Joe, is he

See how you do with this exercise.
