GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I register and pay for the service:
1. Go to the register link at the top of the page and enter your details, you will then be sent to another page, where you can then decide whether you want to join the ESO community or not.
2. If after registration you decide to join and pay, you can click on the PAYPAL link and pay on their secure payment server SSL, by Bank transfer or by cheque.
What happens after I have paid?
1. Once you have paid, you will recieve a confirmation email of your registration, this is needed to enter the community.
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
What hardware do I need?
1. To go into a classroom, you will need a Microphone and speakers, Headset recommended.
Do I need any special software?
1. No, all is automatically downloaded when you enter the community..
How do I get help if I am in trouble once I am in the ESO community?
Once you are in the community, you can click on the 'Helpline' link.
